If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value or issue you a credit for the original purchase price of the item.
Exchanges and Store Credits are only given for unused/unopened items and within 15 days of the purchase invoice,
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as it is non-refundable.
To initiate a return process please email with your order number and details of the unsatisfactory product. Please send all items back to the address given in the reply email that you will receive once initial return email has been sent.
Once return item is received, a credit will be issued via email or your exchange item will be shipped.
